Terms & Conditions

INTRO

These terms outline the agreement between photographer and client, ensuring clarity, trust, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

 

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
The remaining balance is due X weeks before the wedding
No dates are held without deposit and confirmation

 

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The deposit is non-refundable
In the event of cancellation, any additional payments may be partially refundable depending on timing
Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability

 

3. COVERAGE & DELIVERY

Coverage will be provided as agreed in your selected package
Final edited images will be delivered within X weeks
Images are delivered via a private online gallery

 

4. EDITING STYLE

Images are edited in a consistent style that reflects the photographer’s portfolio.
No unedited (RAW) images are delivered
Additional editing requests may be declined if outside the photographer’s style

 

5. TRAVEL & EXPENSES

For destination weddings:
Travel and accommodation may be required depending on location
Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed in advance

 

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding schedule and locations
Ensure timely communication
Obtain any necessary permissions for locations

 

7. LIABILITY

Every effort is made to deliver high-quality images
In the unlikely event of technical failure, liability is limited to payments made
The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to circumstances خارج control (delays, restrictions, weather, etc.)

 

8. USAGE RIGHTS

The photographer retains copyright of all images
Clients receive personal usage rights (sharing, printing, etc.)
Images may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed

 

9. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural events, illness, travel restrictions), all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

 

10. AGREEMENT

By confirming a booking, clients agree to these terms.
